UMoveFree Apartment Locators is a full-scale traditional apartment locating service owned and operated by Texas licensed real estate agents. UMoveFree Apartment Locators complies with all applicable fair housing laws.
UMoveFree Apartment Locators must be listed on the guest card when visiting each property.
UMoveFree Apartment Locators must be listed as your rental agency on your lease application and rental agreement.
Lease term must be 6 months or longer. Shorter leases may be eligible for a reduced rebate offer.
Rental rate must be a minimum of $600 to qualify for the full $200 rebate offer. If your rental rate is less than $600 you may qualify for a reduced rebate offer.
If you have previously lived in the community or transfer to a related property, you may not qualify for a rebate.
Should the selected property withhold consent or not compensate UMoveFree Apartment Locators, the rebate offer will be void.
Rebate will typically be sent within 4-9 weeks, depending on payment from the property.
There will be only one rebate per apartment lease.
Rebate amount based on effective monthly rent regardless of market rate.
